These terms and conditions applies to the Qibla Compass & Prayer Times app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by The Developer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This Service is provided by the Service Provider at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or make derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Application provides religious information such as prayer times (Adhan) and Qibla direction based on location data and calculation methods.
The Application may display advertisements or use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider lists the following third-party service providers used by the Application:
To provide accurate prayer times and Qibla direction, the Application requires access to your device's precise location (GPS). This data is processed locally on your device to calculate times and direction. It is not stored on external servers by the Service Provider, although third-party services (like AdMob) may use coarse location data for serving relevant advertisements.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to make changes to the Application or to charge for their services, at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that you will never be charged for the Application or its services without your being very clearly made aware of exactly what you’re paying for.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the Application. You should ensure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, the Service Provider cannot accept responsibility.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Service Provider may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
